Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman
Mr. Hanser has 50 years experience in the investment and banking industries. He has previously served as Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Resource Bank and Trust Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Hanser was also a
Senior Executive at Dain Rausher, a securities and investment firm; Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and board
member of USB Merchant Bank. Before forming The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company, Mr. Hanser served as Chairman of
Hanrow Financial Group, Ltd. Other business interests include his family’s ownership interest in the St. Louis
Cardinals baseball team for more than 50 years. Mr. Hanser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University
and an Executive Management degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. Mr. Hanser
is also Chairman of the Good Neighbor Community Foundation of Sanibel-Captiva, and a director of The Schoolhouse
Theater, Sanibel-Captiva Kiwanis, Lee Memorial Children’s Hospital, and past Chairman of the Cleveland Clinic
Foundation. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Sanibel 5-Year Budget Committee, and has served on numerous
public, private, civic, and philanthropic boards throughout his career.

Co-Chairman
Mr. Lesch served as Chairman of Indiana Federal Bank and Vice Chairman of Pinnacle Banks of Michigan from 1990 to
1997, serving as a member of the investment committee and Chairman of the asset and liability committee. Prior to
his banking career, he was founder and managing partner of Gough and Lesch Inc., a leading real estate management,
investment, and development company in Indiana. Mr. Lesch has served on more than 25 corporate, civic, and charitable
boards. He is a recipient of the prestigious Sagamore of the Wabash, Indiana’s highest civic honor. As the Trust
Company’s Co-Chairman, Mr. Lesch is also the Chairman of the Asset Management Committee, and serves as Chairman of
the Investment Committee. He is on the boards of Lee Memorial Health System Foundation, Florida Gulf Coast University,
BIG Arts, and the J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society. Mr. Lesch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana
University and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.

Vice Chairman
Mr. Botthof has an impressive 45-year career in the financial services industry, including his past position as the
Regional President of First Union/Wachovia for Southwest Florida. Previously Mr. Botthof was an Organizer, Director,
President and CEO of Commerce National Bank which was sold to First Union/Wachovia in 1987. Post retirement Mr.
Botthof continued a passion in promoting regional economic diversification assisting in the formation of the Regional
Business Alliance of Southwest Florida serving as its Executive Director from 2004 through 2008. He currently serves
as director of the Economic Development Foundation and is a member of the Lutgert College of Business’s Advisory
Council at Florida Gulf Coast University. Mr. Botthof has an extensive record of community involvement including past
directorships in the Naples Philharmonic Center for Performing Arts, The Collier YMCA, Economic Development Council
and The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Botthof attended the University of Florida and has completed numerous
post graduate courses in Leadership, Banking, and Business.

President, The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company
Mr. Igo has been managing client investment and trust relationships for The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company since the company
was founded in 2001. He also serves as a member of the Asset Management Committee. Mr. Igo received his Bachelor of Science
in business and economics in 1982 and worked for Pitney Bowes and then Merrill Lynch in Minneapolis-St. Paul until his move
to Fort Myers in 1990. Mr. Igo serves as advisor to many area non-profit organizations, helping to increase the awareness of
philanthropic giving and estate planning to benefit individuals and their charities. Mr. Igo is a member of the President’s
Council at Hodges University, board member of the Sanibel Community Association, and a member of the Grants Advisory Committee
of the Southwest Florida Community Foundation. He has previously served as chairman of AFCAAM and other board positions
including PURRE (People United to Restore our Rivers and Estuaries), the Planned Giving Council of Southwest Florida, and
the Sanibel School Fund.

President, The Naples Trust Company
Mrs. Starkey has enjoyed a 25-year career in the financial services industry. Mrs. Starkey served as President of
Wachovia Bank, SW Florida Region from 1999 through 2005, and was the Managing Director of Wealth Management at First
Union before its merger with Wachovia. She also served as an officer at Northern Trust Bank and Southeast Bank. Other
business interests have included real estate development and bank consulting. Mrs. Starkey has been very involved in
her community and currently serves in the following organizations: Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Shelter for Abused
Women and Children; Trustee and Grant Committee, Naples Children and Education Foundation; and University of Florida Harn
Museum National Council. Mrs. Starkey has previously served on the board of the following organizations: The Community
School of Naples, Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation, Education Foundation of Collier County, Collier County Economic
Development Council (Chairman), and SW Florida Regional Planning Council (Gubernatorial Appointment). In 2008 Mrs. Starkey
was awarded the Edison College Leadership in Fostering Education Award. Mrs. Starkey earned her Bachelor of Science degree
from the University of Florida.

Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Pyle has, since 2003, overseen the Trust Company’s investment management operations and is a member of the Asset Management
Committee. His 40 years of investment research and portfolio management experience has included being Co-founder of Winslow
Capital Management, Inc. in Minneapolis from 1992 to 2003. From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Pyle served as Managing Director and Research
Analyst at Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis as well as a Director of Piper Ventures. He began his investment management career as a
Trust Investment Analyst for U.S. Bank in St. Paul before becoming a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst for Wells
Fargo and American Express Financial Advisors from 1973 to 1982. Mr. Pyle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and
political science from Macalester College in 1969 and did graduate work in economics at the University of Minnesota. He was
awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1976 and was president of CFA Minneapolis-St. Paul. He Currently serves
as Board Member and Treasurer of the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum of Sanibel, Ex-Officio Board Member and Treasurer of BIG Arts
of Sanibel and a member of the Sanibel General Employees Pension Board.

Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Hutchison has more than 20 years experience in trust and estate administration. She manages the trust company’s
client service operations and is the co-compliance officer of the corporation. Ms. Hutchison also serves as the management
liaison to the board’s Trust Committee. Ms. Hutchison previously worked in the private banking divisions of Bank of America,
NationsBank, Barnett Bank, and First Florida Bank. She attended the Florida Bankers Association Trust School and holds a
certificate from the Georgia Bankers Association for Principals of Bank Operations. Ms. Hutchison was an honors graduate of
her hometown high school in Cairo, Georgia. She was a resident of Atlanta, GA; Panama City, FL; and Memphis, TN before her
move to Southwest Florida in 1984.

Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Vick is considered one of the leading authorities on value investing and the methods of Benjamin Graham and
Warren Buffett. He is the author of three investment books, including the bestseller, How to Pick Stocks Like Warren
Buffett. In addition to client portfolio management and securities research, he serves as a member of the Asset
Management Committee. Mr. Vick has appeared on CNBC and CNN and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, The New
York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Barron’s, and The Chicago Tribune. Mr. Vick holds a master’s
degree in management from Purdue University and Bachelor of Arts in history and economics. He previously served as a
securities analyst and portfolio manager for buy-side investment firms. Prior to joining the securities industry, he
was an award-winning investigative journalist in Chicago. Mr Vick has served on several non-profit boards, including
the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra, Calumet College of St. Joseph, Tradewinds Rehabilitation Services,
Westminster Presbyterian Church, and the Jim and Betty Dye Foundation.

Vice President, Client Relations
Ms. Ayres has over 30 years experience in the investment and financial industries. Prior to joining The Sanibel Captiva
Trust Company, Ms. Ayres was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Project Coordinator for MFS Institutional Advisors
in Boston where she was responsible for the organization of client services and the coordination of major events. From
1979 to 1994 she was an Assistant Vice President and Client Service Analyst for Wellington Management in Boston and
worked in the High Yield Fixed Income Department of MFS Investment Advisors. Prior to that, Ms. Ayres was a medical
secretary to the Chief of Transplants at Massachusetts General Hospital and an assistant gold buyer at Shreve and
Company in San Francisco. Ms. Ayres is an active volunteer for F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here).

Vice President, Investments
Mr. Holston had a decade-long career in institutional equities trading and order execution on Wall Street. Prior to
joining The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company, Mr. Holston was an Associate Trader at Deutsche Bank and then JP Morgan,
where he managed the execution of client equity orders on the New York Stock Exchange. From his location on the trading
floor, he provided valuable insight and market information to senior traders. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Holston was an
assistant trader at Wagner Stott Bear Specialists in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and
has completed courses in Portfolio Management at New York University. Craig serves on the boards of The Sanibel Police
Officers Retirement Trust Fund, The Sanibel School Fund, and Sanibel Youth Soccer. He serves as a member of the Asset
Management Committee.

Vice President, Investments
Mr. Young has extensive experience conducting investment research and managing client portfolios for both high net worth families
and institutional clients. Prior to joining the Trust Company, Mr. Young’s responsibilities ranged from Senior Portfolio Manager
to Chief Investment Officer with the wealth management division of major banks and a Naples based private family office and foundation.
Mr. Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. He was
awarded the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1986 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder in 1994. He is
a past president of CFA Tampa Bay, has been an advisor to several non-profit organizations, currently serves on the Lee Memorial
Health System Investment Advisory Council, and remains an active volunteer in USA/Florida Youth Hockey.

Assistant Vice President, Client Relations
Ms. Herman has over 25 years experience working in the business and healthcare fields. In Baltimore, Maryland, Ms.
Herman worked as a medical secretary for the Department of OB-GYN at The Union Memorial Hospital and later as office
manager for Drs. Haws, Morris, Dudley,& Spencer-Strong, PA. Always interested in real estate, she gained sales experience
selling houses for Long and Foster Realty and also as a loan officer at Home Security Mortgage. She then accepted a position
in the real estate title business at Priority Title Services and eventually became a settlement officer before entering the
trust administration field in 2003. Ms. Herman is an active volunteer for F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here).

Assistant Vice President, Marketing
Ms. Mason has more than 35 years experience in professional office administration. Ms. Mason coordinates the Trust Company’s
marketing and special events programs and she also assists in many areas of client relations. Earlier in her career, Ms.
Mason worked for several major corporations as an Administrative Assistant. Those varied experiences include service with
the Stauffer Chemical Company and Control Data Corporation. Her professional background also includes working for a Lockport,
NY newspaper. Ms. Mason is an active volunteer for F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here).
