Iris Chapman Joins Naples Trust as Senior Trust Officer

Iris Chapman, Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer serves as a main point of contact for her clients and is responsible for monitoring the execution of trust and investment services on their behalf. She also maintains communication between departments to assure all team members are aligned with client goals. “Clients are delighted with Iris’s approach to relationship management,” said Naples President Billie Ann Porter, CFP®, CTFA. “Her years of experience demonstrate her professionalism and wisdom in the trust field. Previously, Chapman was at Coral Gables Trust in the Palm Beach Market as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager. Earlier in her career she was Senior Vice President at Bank of America in the Estate Department. She has served as a trusted advisor to her clients, including financial planning evaluation, estate plan reviews, and partnering with clients’ attorneys and CPAs.
Chapman has served on the Standing Committee for Alzheimer’s Community of West Palm Beach and is also a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Davenport University, in Kalamazoo, MI with a minor in accounting. Chapman is a graduate of both the American Bankers Association’s National Graduate Trust School and the Florida Bankers Association’s Florida Graduate Trust School.
