Matthew Livesay, J.D., LL.M.

Matt Livesay manages strategic estate planning, trust and estate administration, taxation, and business law particularly for Family Office Services in the Tampa-St. Petersburg market. For more than a decade, he was a practicing attorney counseling families on the preservation and transfer of their wealth over multiple generations (primarily at Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long, and Koche of Tampa, Florida). In his prior position at Sabal Trust, he led the development and implementation of estate, wealth transfer, tax, philanthropic and fiduciary planning within the Family Office group.
Livesay attained his Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013. He is a member of the Florida Bar Tax, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
